Muhammad Isfarhan Ishak once considered working while studying to pay for his Diploma in Marine Engineering at SP. Fortunately, the youngest of three siblings managed to get the Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy (TTFS) in 2019. TTFS aims to fund tuition fees for Malay students at local institutions of higher learning. TTFS is part of the Government's constitutional commitment to protect and foster the educational interests of the Singaporean Malay community. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
