Two adult students share their learning journey to remain relevant

Learning is a lifelong journey, as demonstrated by two recipients of the SkillsFuture Lifelong Learning Award. Raziana Bibi Abdul Rasheed, 30, returned to structured education through an Advanced Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science at NYP after gaining work experience in the pharmaceutical sector, a move that helped her deepen her expertise and explore the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare training and development. Meanwhile, 64-year-old Mohamad Malaysia Kassim exemplifies lifelong learning, having earned nine diplomas, including an Advanced Diploma in Power System Engineering from SP. Both award recipients emphasised the importance of continuously upgrading skills and knowledge to remain relevant in a rapidly changing world.
