Workato® has launched the AI Institute Alliance in Singapore to strengthen the local AI talent ecosystem and workforce readiness. Partnering with education institutions including NYP, RP, TP, SP, NP, SUSS, and NUS, the initiative aims to equip students with advanced AI and automation skills for direct workplace impact. Over the past three years, Workato has connected industry partners with emerging tech talent through training programmes. For example, PSA Singapore engaged six Workato-certified students and a lecturer from NYP to improve intern onboarding/offboarding processes and build critical IT automations.
