Workato has launched a self-service version of its enterprise AI platform in Singapore, giving developers, students, and small teams across Asia access to tools for building AI agents and MCP servers. Users can start with a free account and upgrade to a paid plan as their projects grow, without a contract. The platform uses the same governed, enterprise-grade technology that Workato provides to large organisations. The launch builds on Workato’s AI Institute Alliance, established in 2025 to strengthen AI and automation skills among students and educators in Singapore. The participating institutions are NYP, RP, TP, SP, NP, SUSS, and NUS. Workato says the alliance has helped equip students and educators with AI and automation skills, while its newer AI Lab provides opportunities for hands-on work involving AI agents, digital twins and generative AI applications. The latest self-service platform extends these efforts by giving a broader community of student and independent builders direct access to Workato's AI tools.
