Yellow Ribbon Singapore has signed an MOU with social enterprise Resumify to provide ex-offenders with access to an AI-powered resume platform, supporting them in their job search. In a joint press release on 28 July, Yellow Ribbon Singapore and Resumify announced that the initiative aims to give ex-offenders better access to career development tools, enabling them to present their skills and work experience more effectively to potential employers. Over the next 12 months, ex-offenders will be able to use Resumify’s platform. The company will also work with Yellow Ribbon Singapore to conduct employment workshops to help ex-offenders prepare their resumes and plan their career paths. Resumify is a local social enterprise co-founded by five students from SP. The five students are pursuing courses in technology and engineering and hope to make job search tools more accessible to a wider audience.
