On 17 October 2025, the School of Chemical & Life Sciences (CLS) arranged a special CLS@60 luncheon event to celebrate 60 years of friendships, achievements, and cherished memories.

SG60 made the special CLS@60 luncheon event in October 2025, marking the 60th decade of our school, even more meaningful.  CLS@60 brought out a strong sense of unity and pride, reminding us how far both our school and Singapore have come, celebrating our past and also the shared spirit that continues to bring us all together.

Leading a team of student volunteers for 60th anniversary celebration for CLS was a privilege. The joyful interactions of current and retired lecturers outside the classroom, filled with such warmth, humour, and genuine connection revealed a wonderful new side of them.  The experience was a powerful reminder of the strong, lasting bonds that define our community. It deepened my own sense of belonging and filled me with a renewed appreciation for the dedication that creates such meaningful events. To have been a part of it was a true honour.
