C³ gave spent coffee grounds from SP Food Court 1 a new life by innovating it into a chocolate spread for the SMART & Sustainable AI-Powered Food Product Development Competition.
After plenty of testing, tweaking and stepping outside their comfort zones, their idea went on to win the Grand Champion Award.
