The Singapore Institute of Food Science and Technology (SIFST) Quiz Bowl Tournament is a competitive platform that tests undergraduate students on their knowledge in food science and technology. Held on 14 May 2025, Singapore Polytechnic (SP)’s team from the Diploma in Food Science & Technology (DFST) course emerged as 2nd runner-up and four alumni, currently pursuing their Bachelor of Food Technology with Honours at the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), were crowned champions.
