Team Dell-icious Bugs clinched the top prize at the SP InnovateDash 2026 Final Presentation with SignalBridge, an AI-assisted platform designed to support youth workers at Singapore Children’s Society. The winning team comprised four Year 2 students from the Diploma in Information Technology, now renamed the Diploma in Computer Science (DCS):
SignalBridge is a cloud-native, AI-assisted command centre that helps youth workers manage support conversations while ensuring continuity of care. Through a consent-gated interface, youths can access support beyond office hours. The platform incorporates AI-powered features such as conversation summaries, case handovers and risk alerts for indicators including cyberbullying, repeated late-night contact, school avoidance and prolonged silence, while keeping human workers at the centre of all decisions.
Students get to apply their technical knowledge to address real-world social challenges and develop meaningful solutions for causes close to their hearts. We look forward to further collaboration with Dell Technologies to empower youths to create solutions by youths, for youths.
