Baking Longer-lasting Vegan Goods for Overseas Markets

Food Innovation & Resource Centre (FIRC) @ Singapore Polytechnic is honoured to be featured in IPI Success Stories for the collaboration with RÓA, a bakery founded by Jane who specializes in allergen-free pastries. Jane learned about IPI at an event in July 2021 and sought assistance to extend the shelf life of her products and expand her customer base. IPI connected her with FIRC that offers technical solutions and resources to food enterprises. With FIRC's expertise in food innovation and RÓA's baking knowledge, both have been working closely to reformulate RÓA's products while maintaining taste and texture while trying to achieve longer product shelf life with suitable packaging.
