About the UN SDGs
In 2015, all 193 United Nations Member States adopted the 2030 agenda for Sustainable Development, a “shared
blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future” (United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs Sustainable Development, 2021).
There are 17 Sustainable Development Goals or SDGs on the social, economic and environmental fronts. The strategies to achieve these goals come from individual and community actions, businesses and governments working together, and global partnerships.
Here’s a snapshot of all the 17 UN SDGs.

Here’s a video of how some people around the world are innovating to achieve the UN SDGs.
