A Strategic Collaboration between Food Innovation & Resource Centre (FIRC) x Future Food Lab (FFL)

 

In our pursuit of cultivating an innovative and collaborative ecosystem at Singapore Polytechnic (SP) with the broader food and beverage community, FFID is delighted to partner with Food Industry Asia (FIA) for their ‘Food for the Future’ TV series with ASN Media.

 

Returning with its third season, this broadcast explores important topics pertaining to food sustainability, highlights innovative showcases and successful stories from the various F&B players in Asia. And delving into the theme of ‘Innovation’, we’re excited to share key excerpts from our main protagonists:

 

1) Ms. Evelyn Ong, Centre Director of FIRC, SP

2) Ms. Su Ling Ng, Course Chair, Diploma in Food Science & Technology, School of Chemical & Life Sciences, SP

Building on this vibrant and dynamic collaborative space, FFID looks forward to engaging with a broader spectrum of companies, ranging from start-ups to SMEs and MNCs, on your upcoming alternative protein or sustainability projects!
