[SFMA Webinar] Is Sugar Necessary In Product Development?

As part of the efforts for the Sugar Smart Challenge 2020 and presenting as guest speaker in a webinar organised by Singapore Food Manufacturers’ Association (SFMA) titled “‘Is Sugar Necessary in Product Development?” being held on 21 September 2020, Ms. Carolyn Stephen, a nutritionist from SP’s Food Innovation & Resource Centre (FIRC) has shared with the participants on the understanding of the important roles of sugar and its implications in product development.
