AET awarded scholarships to its second cohort of AET-MaritimeONE scholars on 18 September 2026, as part of its partnership with the Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF) to develop Singapore’s maritime talent pipeline. At the MaritimeONE Scholarship Award Ceremony 2026, four Diploma in Maritime Business students from SP’s Singapore Maritime Academy—Soonia Sivaprekash, Teo Jiale, Mikaela Natasha Miranda and Tristan Valiant Loke—received AET scholarships. The scholars will gain industry exposure through a six-month internship covering areas such as commercial operations, sustainability and health, safety, security and environment (HSSE). This marks AET’s seventh year contributing to the SMF MaritimeONE Scholarship Programme.
