Five winning collaborations were announced at the 2025 SICC Awards Ceremony and Gala, organised by the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC). SP received the award for the Most Positive Workplace Collaboration with its “SP being the Best Place for Work, Play and Personal Growth” initiative, and NYP received an award for the Most Transformational Collaboration with its “Autonomous Concrete Finishing Robot”. At the SICC Awards - SP’s Deputy Principal (Development), Ms Georgina Phua, shared that although the collaboration was internal, it was still complex as they had to align multiple stakeholders including SP’s Principal & CEO (PCEO), the management team, the Staff Well-Being Committee, as well as various staff interest groups and the campus community. SP’s Director at the Department of Human Resource (HR), Ms Lim Mong Ling, shared how HR plays the role of bridging the management plan and the people for the initiative to succeed.
