NCS, the IT services company under Singtel, will see a leadership change on 1 April, when CEO Mr Ng Kuo Pin steps down after seven years and is succeeded by Deputy CEO Mr Sam Liew. Under Ng’s leadership, NCS expanded beyond its core government business, increasing investments in cloud computing, data, and digital platforms, and grew revenue from S$1.8 billion to S$3 billion. Liew, who joined NCS in 2021, previously held senior roles at GIC and Accenture ASEAN Technology. He also serves on the advisory committee of SP’s School of Computing and the Singapore IT Standards Committee, highlighting his ongoing ties to Singapore’s educational and technology sectors.
