Nemetschek Group has partnered with SP and ITE to strengthen AI and digital delivery capabilities in Singapore’s built environment sector. The three-year partnership with SP, effective from 1 September, covers both pre-employment and continuing education, including student internships, lecturer industry attachments, and joint forums and workshops. Training will focus on AI-assisted regulatory compliance, IFC model validation, CORENET X submission processes, Smart FM and Digital Twin applications.
