The 2026 polytechnic open houses in Singapore are set to take place from 8 to 10 January, offering secondary school students and ITE graduates a chance to explore campus life while collecting a variety of freebies. Each of the five polytechnics has prepared its own unique set of giveaways and activities. At SP, visitors can pick up specially designed T-shirts and tote bags, with tote bags reserved for Secondary 4 and 5 students as well as ITE graduates. The School of Media, Arts and Design is also offering a set of seven collectible keychains, each design representing one of the seven specialisations offered under the diploma programme. These keychains feature anime characters and come in a blind bag. NYP welcomes attendees with keychain blind packs featuring the school’s mascots, which can be redeemed after collecting stamps from various activities during the open house. TP has put together goodie bags for visitors who attend seminars or the Evening Fest; these bags include snacks, stickers, and a limited-edition TP × Playmade shaker keychain in blind bags. Over at NP, students who follow NP on Instagram or TikTok can redeem a special open house tumbler, and other items such as travel adapters, canvas cup carriers, and socks are also available. Finally, RP features mascot-themed giveaways, including enamel pins of their mascot ChiRPy and plushies that can be earned through participating in open-house activities. These events not only give prospective students a glimpse of campus life and the courses offered, but also make visiting fun and engaging through the carefully designed giveaways.
