Singapore Aero Engine Services Ltd (SAESL) has signed Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the Singapore Economic Development Board and SP to develop a future-ready aerospace workforce. The partnerships aim to establish a dedicated SAESL Training Academy, providing students and technicians with industry-relevant skills in aircraft engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). Through these initiatives, SAESL plans to strengthen the local talent pipeline and recruit over 1,000 technicians over the next five years, ensuring Singapore remains competitive in the global aerospace sector.
