Sands and Marina Bay Sands Commit More Than $1.5 Million to New Hospitality Education Programmes in Singapore

Sands and Marina Bay Sands have committed more than S$2 million (about US$1.5 million) to new hospitality education initiatives aimed at developing Singapore's future hospitality workforce. Announced at the Sands Future Talent ceremony, the funding will support the second phase of the Sands Hospitality Scholarship Programme from 2026 to 2029, benefiting more than 160 Singaporean students pursuing hospitality and tourism studies. The expanded scholarship programme covers seven Institutes of Higher Learning, including RP, NP, SP, TP, and NYP, as well as ITE and SIT. The initiative builds on an earlier scholarship programme launched in 2022 that provided financial support and industry exposure opportunities to more than 100 students.
