Course Objective
By the end of the course, participants will
1. Identify their behavioural preferences and colour energy tendencies using the Insights Discovery framework, and explain how these influence leadership behaviours, communication, and decision-making.
2. Analyse team dynamics by recognising the dominant and less dominant colour energies within their teams, and evaluate how these differences impact collaboration, motivation, and performance.
3. Apply adaptation strategies to adjust their leadership approach when working with individuals who have different behavioural preferences, particularly in high-stakes or emotionally charged situations.
4. Demonstrate leadership communication techniques that promote clarity, trust, and psychological safety across diverse behavioural styles.
5. Develop a targeted leadership action plan that incorporates the four colour energies to strengthen team alignment, enhance influence, and support ongoing organisational culture development.
This workshop equips senior leaders with the essential Insights language and tools required to lead teams who have completed the full-day workshop, ensuring behavioural alignment and reinforcing a shared culture of self-awareness and effective relationships.
