What You Will Learn

This course aims to provide workplace-appropriate behaviour training to care service recipients. It aims to build physical, mental and social tolerance for employment and also teach effective coping strategies.

Care Service recipients will be exposed to the soft skills required to interact with supervisors/colleagues/customers, as well as the coping and mental flexibility skills required for the workplace. Participants will be equipped with curated soft skills required to improve their work conditioning and work behaviour, eventually leading to improved employability.
