What You Will Learn

By the end of the course, participants will 1. Frame workplace policy or operational challenges into clear problem statements suitable for AI-enabled prototyping. 2. Apply AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise and AI-assisted coding tools, to rapidly develop a working prototype. 3. Present and evaluate the prototype against user, policy and operational requirements, and identify ways to apply AI prototyping in daily work.
