Copy of NRIC/Work Pass (both sides)
Copy of Local Polytechnic Engineering Diploma or Engineering Degree, together with all transcripts, recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore at Professional Engineers (Approved Qualifications) Notification 2009 - Singapore Statutes Online
Copy of Class 1 Boiler Attendant's Certificate of Competency for other Diploma, Non-Diploma and Non-Degree holders
Copies of all attained certificates / COP awarded by Singapore Polytechnic for 2nd Grade Steam Engineer
Employer Testimonials stating 12 months relevant working experience assisting in operational charge of a steam engine or steam boiler whose heating surface is at least 200 square metres. Please download the form here
