What You Will Learn

This course equips participants with the skills to conduct manufacturing facility evaluations using Consumer Sustainability Industry Readiness Index (COSIRI) framework.

Participants will learn to assess 24 key dimensions, identify priority areas, and prepare reports supporting sustainable transformation. Industry 4.0 technology integration (e.g., automation, Internet-of-Things (IoT), and predictive maintenance with sustainability principles) can develop practical roadmaps and deployment of smart solutions, like clean energy and resource-efficient operations.

Through Singapore Polytechnic Advanced Manufacturing Centre (SP AMC) and COSIRI mentors' applied case studies and expert insights, participants will gain hands-on experience and actionable strategies to drive net-zero manufacturing. Upon completion, they will take an external exam, the International Centre for Industrial Transformation (INCIT) conducts to become certified COSIRI assessors.
