Course Objective
This course is for retail, tourism, service, and business development professionals wanting to elevate their digital presence and maximise engagement. Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools like ChatGPT and MidJourney, participants will learn to mine audience insights, craft compelling captions, hooks, hashtags, develop consistent brand styles, generate on-brand visuals, as well as build data-driven content calendars reflecting their organisation’s unique voice.
Drive measurable brand visibility and growth, as well as receive a set of ready-to-use templates to apply all learned skills.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Create visuals matching your brand's social media and overall marketing style.
Improve visuals, based on audience feedback and brand messaging, to successfully connect with your target market.
Design and produce marketing materials (e.g., social media posts, campaign graphics, presentations) that increase brand awareness and engage your audience.
