What You Will Learn

Driven by Singapore Polytechnic's Design Thinking framework called Humanity-Centred Design (HCD+), this one-day course empowers participants to exercise their creativity, collaborate with others, and apply futures-thinking tools to envision what their future career pathways.

Designed for individuals exploring career opportunities within their organisations or considering new pathways, this course provides a platform to reflect on personal purpose, values, and long-term aspirations. Participants will connect with like-minded future-thinkers, explore career possibilities, and leave with practical insights and tools to confidently navigate their next career move.

By end of this course, participants will be able to:

Apply Design Thinking tools using the principles of People, Planet, Product, and Profit within Singapore Polytechnic’s HCD+ framework.
Understand the relationship between holistic well-being and an individual's ability to flourish across different life stages.
Adopt a reflective mindset to review key life stages and evaluate factors such as work-life harmony, health, and interpersonal relationships to identify opportunities for growth and flourishing.
Apply Futures-Thinking Tools to design Career Options.
