Through this Diploma in Business Practice (Human Capital), you will gain practical knowledge and skills in business operations, human capital management, HR technology, analytics, communication, and employee engagement, which will prepare you to support workforce transformation, talent development, and sustainable business growth across SMEs and larger organisations across the private and public sectors.
