What You Will Learn

This course introduces participants to the different leadership styles and qualities. The course equips participants with the working knowledge and skills to communicate effectively with others, maximise employees’ potential through constructive feedback and coaching, as well as manage work relationships and performance at the workplace.

Participants will also be able to conduct job interviews effectively to ensure fair and unbiased hiring.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

​​This 2-day course is designed to provide first-line managers, supervisors and team leaders with insights, awareness and techniques to lead teams more effectively.

Participants will explore various leadership styles and qualities, and learn how to manage working relationships, and coach staff to improve work performance. In addition, participants will learn skills like hiring and developing employees, so as to gain an improved level of interpersonal communication and leadership skills.​
