What You Will Learn

Anchored in Psychological Capital (PsyCap) (Hope, Efficacy, Resilience, and Optimism), building adaptability and constructive mindsets supporting both individual effectiveness and group engagement are its main objective.

Through experiential activities and guided reflection, participants will develop practical communication, perspective-taking, and navigating differing viewpoints skills, letting them more effectively respond in group and team settings.
