This course aims to give participants a good grounding of the concepts and skills required to perform Value Stream Mapping. Rather than just presenting a set of tools, this course combines the practical element allowing participants hands on modelling of an actual production run, perform critical analysis and designing the action plan.

Learn how to map out any value stream, allowing you to identify value-add & non-value add activities. Our course will provide you a detailed and practical approach to learn and apply value stream mapping, how to analyse your value stream and streamline it for a more impactful business value.
