Course Objective

This course aims to train participants who are construction site supervisors on the environmental health control work. This course is in-line with the primary aim of the Environmental Control Officers (Specified Construction Sites) [ECO {SCS)] scheme where supervisors are to take a more pro-active role to ensure that construction sites are kept free of environmental health problems.

More Information

This course aims to support NEA’s Environmental Control Officers Scheme that advocates good environmental practices within specified construction sites (SCS).

Please note the 'Notification on Changes to Environmental Control Officer (ECO) Licences' Circular (12 Nov 2019) issued by National Environment Agency (NEA).

There will be a 2-hour e-Exam (100 multiple choice questions) 2 weeks after the end of the course.

Participants are required to meet the 75% attendance requirement to be able to sit for the examination.

Passing Mark is 70%.
