Course Objective

This short course is designed to prepare Management staff and Directors, within the Built Environment (BE) sector, for the new Regulatory Approval Process for Building Works (RABW) in the upcoming online submission portal—Construction and Real Estate Network X (CORENET X). Its 2.5-hour programme outlines core concepts and framework of CORENET X’s new submission processes, along with essential compliance protocols across the disciplines of Architecture (Arch), Civil and Structural (C&S), Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) within Singapore’s BE industry.
