Course Objective

The course equips Human Resource (HR) Executives and Managers with practical skills to leverage Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLM). By the end of the course, participants will learn using correct prompts and dialogue with the Generative AI tool for recruitment process, interviewing, creating job descriptions, guides, training materials, policies, and talent development.

This course is designed specifically for Human Resource (HR) Executives and Managers. Throughout the course, participants will explore Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLM) like Copilot function. They will learn to use effective prompt engineering techniques. Additionally, the course covers practical applications of Generative AI in content creation and demonstrates how Copilot can be utilised for HR use cases. Upon completion, HR professionals will be well-equipped to integrate Generative AI into their workflows, enhancing efficiency and decision-making across their domains.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Describe Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM) like Copilot function
Use prompt engineering (with human feedback) to refine the process and outcome generated
Apply Generative AI to content creation process
