Course Objective
Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of GenAI techniques and services to optimise, as well as streamline Business, Retail, Hospitality, and Services. Taught with a combination of lectures, hands-on sessions, and case studies, participants will gain experience with key tools like GenAI Application Programming Interface (API) services, Multi-modal AI agent and operating procedures.

This course equips Business, Engineering, as well as Info-communication professionals with knowledge and skills for applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) techniques like Prompt Engineering, Tokenisation, Word Embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applying to Retail, Hospitality as well as Services. Participants will explore multi-modal conversational AI agents for human-facing roles in Service and Operations, from Data Analytics and Business use cases.
