Course Objective

This course empowers employees, across all job functions, to harness Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital tools transforming their daily work. They will explore how AI enhances workplace productivity, creativity, and communication tasks like content creation, email drafting, report writing, data analysis, presentation development, and workflow automation.

By end of this course, participants will be able to:
  1. Explain AI’s role transforming workplaces and improving productivity
  2. Apply relevant tools to perform common works task like drafting emails, creating reports, preparing slides, and handling data
  3. List opportunities integrating AI into daily work processes
  4. Apply responsible and ethical practices
  5. Develop simple personal action plans integrating AI
