Course Objective
Participants, even those without programming experience, will explore how to streamline tasks across emails, spreadsheets, forms, and messaging apps using low-code platforms and generative AI services. Through guided exercises, real-world scenarios, and a final project, they will gradually learn to design, test, and deploy smart workflows — including those powered by AI agents — to reduce manual effort and boost productivity.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Design and build automated workflows using low-code platforms providing visual interfaces for connecting apps, services, and business logic without programming.
Automate tasks across commonly used tools like emails, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and online forms to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) services into workflows to perform tasks such as content generation, summarisation, classification, and intelligent responses.
Construct agentic workflows where AI components can reason, plan, and trigger multi-step actions autonomously across services.
Trigger actions from external inputs using webhooks or APIs, enabling workflows to dynamically respond to user interactions or system events.
Apply workflow logic features such as conditional routing, scheduled execution, loops, error handling, and branching using drag-and-drop controls.
Build lightweight applications or user interfaces to support form collection, approvals, dashboards, or mobile data capture without writing code.
