What You Will Learn
This course equips building owners, facility managers, and built environment professionals with essential skills to navigate Singapore's new Mandatory Energy Improvement (MEI) Regime under the amended Building Control Act. Participants will develop energy efficiency assessment, compliance management, sustainable building practices, and energy auditing expertise to meet stringent regulatory requirements for buildings' exceeding Energy Use Intensity thresholds and avoid becoming energy-intensive.
Specifically designed for the MEI Regime, this course delivers immediate practical skills to assess compliance status and avoid costly penalties. It represents an essential step to decrease energy consumption in energy-intensive buildings and towards a Net-Zero economy.
