Must have passed the PPCDL Theory Test conducted by Singapore Maritime Academy.

Remarks
  1. Please note that there is strictly no refund once payment is made.  Please ensure you have registered for the right course.
  2. Please be punctual on the test date and at the designated venue.  There will be no additional time allocated for latecomers.  Candidates arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time will not be allowed to take the test.  If you missed the test date, there is no refund or class transfer unless there are valid reasons for medical reason or national mobilization.  Please provide supporting documents.
  3. Please bring the following documents on the test date.  Failure to provide these documents will result in candidates deemed ineligible to take the test:
    a) Identity card with photo (eg. NRIC or Passport)
    b) Original copy of the PPCDL Theory Result Slip
  4. The test duration is 2 hours and will be conducted at Polymarina (50 West Coast Ferry Road). 
  5. Upon passing the Practical Handling Assessment, candidates will have to submit a copy of the result slip, NRIC/Passport and a recent passport-sized photographs to MPA's website at digitalPort@SG to obtain their Powered Pleasure Craft Driving Licence (PPCDL).
