Course Objective

This course aims to equip business users and IT support with the advance-level of skills to create useful Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts to automate more complex business processes leveraging on Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI). They will learn how to achieve this through using a RPA software.

More Information

This course provides participants with the knowledge of Integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Participants will learn through hands-on exercises, on how to use RPA to extract information from different digitised documents using machine learning functionality and to develop data mining model to predict future business transaction through the use of AI.
