Course Objective

The Specialist Diploma in Business Sustainability & Reporting is a one-year programme comprising two Post-Diploma Certificates (PDC), totalling 240 curriculum hours over two semesters. 

The course focuses on corporate purpose and sustainability applied in the areas of Accountancy, Carbon Services, Human Resource, Wholesale Trade, and Financial Services. It equips current professionals such as Enterprise Risk Management Associate/Enterprise Risk Management Executive, Talent Attraction and Employee Experience and Relations Executive, Procurement Executive/Sourcing Executive, and Portfolio Analyst/Investment Analyst/Fund Management Assistant with the knowledge and skills to transition into emerging roles such as ESG Executive/Analyst, Sustainability & HSE Executive, Carbon Accountant, Decarbonisation Consultant or to take on sustainability-related functions within their existing roles.

Participants will learn to integrate sustainability into business functions, apply sustainability reporting frameworks, evaluate sustainability risks, and drive purpose-led change in their organisations. Through this course, you will gain skills in corporate purpose, sustainability reporting, carbon management, sustainable finance, sustainable HR management practices, sustainable supply chain management, branding and communications, systems thinking, design thinking, and technological skills for sustainability.

The course consists of 2 Post-Diploma Certificates (PDCs) covering 10 modules conducted over two semesters within one academic year.
