Course Objective

Broad and Holistic Coverage of Sustainability Knowledge
Our Specialist Diploma offers a comprehensive and practical curriculum that integrates sustainability across key business functions. You will learn how to apply sustainability reporting frameworks, assess sustainability risks, develop practical implementation structures, and lead purpose-driven initiatives in your organisation. The programme includes modules on corporate purpose, sustainable HR practices, sustainable supply chain, systems thinking, design thinking, applied technology skills, and culminates in a capstone project that brings all your learning together.
Strong Industry Collaboration and Applied Learning
Developed in partnership with NVPC and Giti Tire, this programme represents a unique collaboration in Singapore across the social sector, academia, and industry. This cross-sector approach provides learners with diverse perspectives, practical sustainability skills and insights into how sustainability is applied in real organisational contexts. You will learn through industry examples, current organisational challenges, and guided activities that include templates and tools which you can apply directly in your workplace. Graduates are equipped with practical, work-ready skills to support and drive sustainability efforts in their organisations.
Capstone Project for Workplace Impact
The Capstone Project is a key feature of our Specialist Diploma, giving you the opportunity to address a sustainability issue or reporting gap within your organisation or industry. You will develop a practical and implementable solution such as a sustainability action plan, ESG reporting framework, carbon-reduction roadmap, or stakeholder engagement strategy that supports meaningful sustainability improvements in your workplace across individual and cross-functional departments.

This applied project not only consolidates your learning but also strengthens your professional portfolio in sustainability.
