This is a 1-year part-time course consisting of 2 Post-Diploma Certificates conducted over 2 semesters.

Important Note

For the upcoming October intake, 2 modules (CP1222 Safety Management & Audit and CP1223 Risk Assessment & Management) are conducted at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) from January 2027, with examinations held in April 2027. Students will concurrently progress to PDC2 in the second semester in April.

At the end of the first semester, SP will release results for CP1231 Occupational Health & Safety Engineering and CP1234 Chemical Engineering Processes only. Results for the modules conducted at SUSS will be released together with the PDC2 modules at the end of the second semester.

If you pass the following 2 SUSS modules (with a minimum pass grade), you may receive credit recognition for Bachelor of Science in Workplace Safety and Health (BSc WSH) and Bachelor of Science in Human Factors in Safety (BSc HFS) - both workplace safety degrees which are on the list of recognised academic pre-requisite for Ministry of Manpower’s Workplace Safety and Health Officer registration:
