This course specifically covers the application of strategies to overcome communication barriers, enhance teamwork / productivity and contribute to the success of the organisation / business. It also teaches participants to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Points
This programme is approved for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours submission under the Training and Adult Educator Professional Pathway (TAEPP), administered by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL). Upon successful completion, participants may submit [7] CPD hours for their National Adult Educator (NAE) Registry renewal, subject to prevailing TAEPP requirements.
