This course specifically covers the application of strategies to overcome communication barriers, enhance teamwork / productivity and contribute to the success of the organisation / business. It also teaches participants to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Course Objective

This course aims to help participants reap long-term benefits for their business/organisation by developing strategies to manage stakeholders in today's fast-changing workplaces and complex communication barriers.

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants are equipped with skills to: 
• Develop strategies to secure stakeholder approval and support
• Devise ways to minimise stakeholder opposition
• Identify opportunities and risks when engaging with stakeholders 
• Apply planning skills in project management

Minimum Requirements

Pass in “O” level English Language

A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
