Course Objective

This course provides the learning of fundamental concepts of analytics and its role in Digital Marketing, the application of the existing and emerging digital marketing analysis tools in the industry and emphasising the importance of analytical thinking in the deployment of digital marketing strategies.

This course introduces participants to the fundamental concepts of analytics and its role in digital marketing.

Most of such courses are either focused on Google Analytics platforms (too specific) or digital marketing fundamentals (too broad-based). Whereas, this course aims to provide a balanced perspective of various digital marketing analytics tools for participants to decide on appropriate tools to implement and use within their organisation.
