3D printed food: how meat and vegetables personalised by machines can help people eat better

SP’s Food Innovation and Resource Centre (FIRC) shared how it is providing food companies with technical expertise in developing new products and processes, including 3D printed food. Evelyn Ong, FIRC’s senior project manager, opined how food printing can allow the customisation of nutritional needs for different individuals.
