MIS Asia, 29 Oct 2015 - Diploma in Business Information Technology students Adriel Lam Hoe Yan and Lim Chee Xiong were the winners of a Data-driven Innovation (DDI) challenge for Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) organized by the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA). Their project, “Check.Go.Earn” an infographics story that showcased how data journalism can be used to enhance the visitor experience at shopping malls, beat 16 other submissions from other IHL’s such as the SIT, SUTD, TP and NYP to win the top prize.
