CDAC to use 1.78 billion dollars to help underprivileged families

Lianhe Zaobao, 25 Oct 2014 - CDAC will be handing out 1.78 billion dollars to reach up to more families who are in need. PM Lee attended the CDAC function yesterday, and said that the government will continue to support CDAC’s initiatives. In his speech, he mentioned how families have benefited from CDAC’s funding. He also noted that SP alum, Lin Han Zhou, who suffers from dyslexia, benefitted from CDAC’s funding and is now preparing to further his studies at NUS.
