Lianhe Zaobao, zbW, 22 Jan 2017 - Feature article on a traditional bakery featured Mr Ham Weng Seng who is the third generation owner of Chop Tai Chong Kok Ptd Ltd. When he took over the reins, he transformed the bakery by implementing several changes to the store design and the production line.
