NTUC This Week, 4 Oct 2015 - Article in NTUC’s weekly newsletter featured the new initiatives by the maritime industry to attract and retain talent. PSA Singapore Terminals Head of Human Resource Kevin Lim mentioned that his organisation will be working with SP to launch a Specialist Diploma in Port Management and Operations in 2016. The new Earn and Learn Programme will enable PSA to train fresh talent up upskilling their current employees.
