Helping those with mental health problems

Berita Harian, 20 July 2017 - Article featured Fairuz Rahim, who has been suffering from depression since he was 15. Now working as a programme executive at Club Heal, a psychiatric rehabilitation day care service in Marsiling, the 36 year-old teaches pottery to those with mental health problems. Fairuz shared that for years after graduating with a Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from SP, he was unable to work and spent time alone at home due to his depression. He also shared that he was very lonely and worried about his future in the past, but working at Club Heal has helped him recover and he would like to help others too.
